Artist's Description

Also known as the Jonathan Corwin House, Salem's The Witch House was built between 1620 and 1642 and is the only structure still standing in Salem with direct ties to the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Judge Corwin served on the court of Oyer and Terminer, which sent 19 accused witches to the gallows.This house is now a museum operated by the City of Salem.
