Head shot of the recycled roadrunner at a rest stop in Las Cruces , New Mexico. Standing 20 feet tall & 40 feet long, looking out from the rest stop to see the city of Las Cruces and the Organ Mountains.
Built in 1993 by artist Olin Calk, the creation is make of junk including scrap metal, shoes and Head lights from a Volkswagen for the eyes of the roadrunner.
